I lead a continuous discovery practice, regularly engaging with users (including internal customers) to understand how the product is actually used and grounding decisions in real workflows.
I bring clarity to complex systems
I simplify environments with deep dependencies into clear product direction and usable experiences. Context is king — I use frameworks when helpful and break them when needed. I love messy starts and I'm comfortable navigating uncertain middles.

I identify patterns across teams and systems, managing boundaries between product and engineering to enable collaborative discovery (not handoffs). I thrive working in small, focused groups and prefer multiple small teams with clear goals to create shared understanding and deliver cohesive outcomes.
